For 3 cakes and the bottom line. Is it tasted like a vanilla cake with a hint of lemon? So I was quite disappointed

Delicious! I used frozen bananas that I thawed in the microwave at half power for 30 seconds. It really is incredibly moist. I needed 60 minutes in the oven. A wonderful way to use all those bananas I've been throwing in the freezer when they became too ripe.

The secret to easy to peel eggs - boil the water first, add the eggs to the boiling water, cook at a low boil (simmer) for 10 minutes, then pull out eggs and put them immediately into an ice bath. Shells peel off like butter

Doubt you'll answer but I am curious why you make several recipes of one dish. There are already couple of caramel recipies, I guess 3 for truffles. I think it makes kinda a mess on a channel
